Open floor spaces are set up with a defined production flow early in the project to ensure the right materials, job control manuals and assembly line components are in place. Our production facilitators can tear down and set up a new manufacturing cell in a matter of hours — resulting in accelerated time to market and lower costs for our clients.

In addition, our workforce is just as scalable as our manufacturing process. We work with a balance of permanent and temporary employees for easy access to the resources we need to fit the job.
